By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.</p> <h3>1. Service Description</h3> <p>StackForge provides web application hosting, deployment, and management services. We provide the infrastructure and tools; you are responsible for the content and applications you deploy.</p> <h3>2. Accounts</h3> <p>You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.</p> <h3>3. Acceptable Use</h3> <p>You agree not to use the Platform to: host illegal content; distribute malware; send spam; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems; mine cryptocurrency; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform or other users.</p> <h3>4. Workspaces and Apps</h3> <p>Workspace owners are responsible for managing their members and the applications deployed within their workspace. You retain ownership of your application code and data. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content.</p> <h3>5. Availability and Support</h3> <p>We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our control.</p> <h3>6. Data and Backups</h3> <p>You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for data loss.</p> <h3>7. Payment and Billing</h3> <p>Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.</p> <h3>8. Termination</h3> <p>We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.</p> <h3>9. Limitation of Liability</h3> <p>The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.</p> <h3>10. Changes to Terms</h3> <p>We may update these Terms from time to time.
